- Our prices are subject to VAT at the current rate at the time of invoicing.
- Our quotation does not allow for the obtaining of tenants, landlords, local authority or other permissions or permits required for the installation.
- Our quotation assumes that all work can be carried out during normal working hours, (i.e. 8.00am to 6.00pm) any hours worked outside of these will be chargeable at a higher rate and you will arrange clear passage for progress of work.
- Our quotation is based on current prices and as such, are open for acceptance for a period of 90 days, after which, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly without prior notice.
- Our quotation does not allow for connection to electrical mains unless otherwise specifically stated.
- Our quotation does not allow for any redecoration or builders works that may be necessary after completion of installation e.g. painting or making good.
- All equipment and services provided by this company will be covered by the manufacturer 12 month warranty subject to a service maintenance agreement being in place. Some manufacturers offer extended warranty.
- Title of goods supplied, and installed materials do not transfer to the purchaser until the quoted sum has been paid in full. In the event of default, we reserve the right to remove our equipment and recover all costs incurred.
- We shall not commence work or supply any goods until a written confirmation of acceptance of our proposals is received and our terms and conditions are signed and returned or faxed.
- Our payment terms are strictly 25% with an official order together with our signed terms and conditions, 50% due upon receipt of equipment, 15% upon completion of works, final 10% on commissioning and successful demonstration of working systems.
- We specifically exclude any items or work not mentioned specifically in the quotation.
- We reserve the right to charge an additional amount of 15% per month on any amount outstanding. (After 45 days court action will be taken to recover any such monies and costs)
- On completion of the contract our service and maintenance department will supply an annual contract to maintain the equipment to manufacturers recommendations.
- All lifting, craneage or any access equipment and drawings required or supplied will be charged for at cost.
